Submitted invoices are reviewed before going live. Approval is not a guarantee of funding. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of invoice details submitted and for the validity of the underlying receivable.

Investors acknowledge that invoice financing carries risk including late settlement or non payment. The spread priced at funding reflects that risk. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities.
